Ed Geswein | Principal Broker & Advisor
Ed began his career on the Purdue University staff as a County Agent for ten years. Then in 1977 he began his land and commercial property business. He has a BA and MS degrees, but is a farm boy at heart. He was born and raised on a Benton County farm, which the family is still operating.
Now on his 40th year, Ed has sold a substantial amount of all three types of land: farmland, commercial development, and recreational land. His biggest sale was a 40 acre commercial acreage assemblage for nine million dollars in 1995 for a large retail development. Land is what he loves. He is especially effective at working with farm families who are struggling with farm real estate transfer issues. His many satisfied clients will attest to his ability to understand and solve even the toughest farm family challenges.
In 2014, Ed added an associate land broker, Johnny Klemme who shares the same level of honesty, hard work and great communication. Johnny brings an exceptional skill in internet marketing and a strong love of the land.
You will find Ed and Johnny to be great listeners, calm and easy going. They are very effective and professional. At the heart of their success is excellent communication with clients. Just call and invite them for a visit about your particular land questions…you will be glad you did.
